Most gym shorts are polyester. Heat is exactly when you don't want plastic sitting against your skin, so we lined ours with 100% merino wool inside an organic cotton shell. Merino regulates temperature, resists odor naturally, and gets softer with wear. The hoodie is 100% merino too: warm when it's cold, breathable even in summer.

And because an hour in the heat costs you around 1,000mg of sodium, put it back with SOTE: 3,300mg of electrolytes per stick, zero sugar, from Himalayan pink salt.
