  1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR OUR ELECTROLYTES

    We have full confidence in the excellence and quality of our Salt of the Earth electrolytes. If you are not 100% satisfied with our electrolytes, you have the option to request for a full refund within 30 days upon delivery—no questions asked and we appreciate your valuable input to our continuous improvement.

You have the option to:

1. KEEP IT or SHARE IT to your family or friends who need a hydration boost. If you order just one pack of electrolytes (e.g. 30-stick bag, 3-stick box or 12-stick box) and you already opened it, you don’t have to send it back.

  1. SEND AS A RETURN

If your package has remained unopened or if you prefer to ship back, send us an email at sean@drinksote.com, we will supply you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to drop your package. Please note that returns without prior notice or shipments not supplied by Salt of the Earth will not be accommodated for a full-refund.

Refund Limitation: For “KEEP IT” or unreturned package arrangement, refunds are capped at the value of a single pack(1 bag or 1 box) of electrolytes. If you buy multiple quantities (e.g. 30-stick bag, 3-stick box, or 12-stick box) in one order, we will refund only the cost of 1 pack, whichever is higher.

II. MERCHANDISE RETURNS

You can return merchandise items within 30 days of delivery to get a refund.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

III. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IV. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1. REFUNDS

    Once we receive the returned merchandise, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    If it has been over 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us.
