How does it compare to LMNT and Liquid I.V.?

Same sodium, potassium and magnesium as LMNT (1,000/200/60 mg), plus 40 mg calcium, magnesium as glycinate and L-threonate, and allulose + stevia instead of stevia alone. Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier has 500 mg sodium and 11 g sugar. Read the full comparison.

How much should I take?

Most people use 1–2 sticks a day, each mixed in 16–24 oz of water. For endurance activity, use about one stick per two hours plus one afterward; in the sauna, one per 30 minutes. Up to 3 a day is generally fine; long endurance events may need more.

Who should not use it?

Salt of the Earth is high in sodium. It isn't suitable for people with kidney disease or hypertension, or those on diuretic medication. If you're pregnant or managing a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider first.
