Hydrate like it is two-a-days
You lose about 1,000mg of sodium for every hour of hard sweating. That is one stick an hour, not one stick a day, and it is why half-dose mixes leave you flat in the fourth quarter.
- Start before you sweat. One stick in your first bottle of water, before practice, before the sun gets up.
- One stick per hour in the heat. Two sticks in a full liter if it is August and you are outside.
- Finish with one more. Replace what came out of you before you sit down. That is the whole program.
One stick, straight into the bottle. That is the whole routine, on the sand at South Beach in the middle of the afternoon. No mixing station, no measuring, no sugar.
Coaches were the first believers. Nobody watches dehydration take a team apart more closely than the people running the practice. That is the crowd Salt of the Earth was built for.
Full doses, no sugar. 1,000mg of sodium from pink Himalayan salt, 200mg potassium, 60mg magnesium, 40mg calcium. Zero grams of sugar, zero calories, no artificial colors or sweeteners.
Mixes clear and drinks easy. No chalk, no clumps in the bottom of the bottle, no sugar crash in the afternoon.
What is inside every stick
Real electrolyte doses for people who actually sweat. Clean label, nothing artificial.
Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium L-Threonate, Calcium Lactate, Malic Acid, Natural Flavor, Allulose, Stevia Leaf Extract, plus fruit and vegetable powders for color.
Sweetened with allulose and stevia leaf, not sugar, dextrose or sucralose. No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners.
3,300mg of total electrolytes per stick. Sodium is the headline, but potassium, magnesium and calcium are what keep cramps away.
Per liter (2 sticks): 2,000mg sodium, 400mg potassium, 120mg magnesium, 80mg calcium, 0g sugar.
Same serious salt as LMNT. A better deal.
If you already believe in full sodium doses, switching costs you nothing. If you are coming off a sugar-based sports drink, it will change how you feel in the heat.

Questions
Is 1,000mg of sodium a lot?
It is what you lose. Heavy sweating can cost you around 1,000mg of sodium an hour, which is why 500mg mixes come up short on a hot day. If you have been told to limit sodium, check with your doctor first.
Which flavors should I pick?
Pink Lemonade is our best seller and the safest first pick. Orange is the crowd favorite for mixing, Grapefruit is the least sweet, and Unflavored goes in anything including coffee and protein shakes.
How many sticks a day?
One in the morning is a good baseline. Add one per hour of hard sweating. Active people go through two or three a day in summer, which is why we sell it by the bag and not by the month.
How does the subscription work?
Your kit ships every month at the 12% subscriber price on top of the bundle discount. Skip a month, swap flavors or cancel anytime from your account. Your second shipment includes a free 15-stick variety pack and a branded 1L glass swing-top bottle.
Can I mix and match flavors?
Yes, that is the point of this page. Pick any 3 or any 5 bags and the discount applies automatically. For other sizes use the bundle builder.
What if I do not like it?
Email us within 30 days for a full refund.
When will it ship?
