How to make a Miami Vice
The cocktail is half strawberry daiquiri, half piña colada. Ours is half Pink Lemonade, half Orange, in one bottle. Same idea, zero sugar, and you can drink it before a workout.
- Fill the bottle. 1L of cold water, ice if you’ve got it.
- One of each. Drop in a Pink Lemonade stick and an Orange stick.
- Swing the top shut and shake. Pink on the tongue, orange on the finish. That’s the drink of the summer.
This is the bottle from the video. 1L glass, swing-top seal, Salt of the Earth logo. It sells for $19.99 on its own. Every kit ordered from this page gets one for $0.
Two sticks per liter is the whole trick. One stick is a normal serving in a regular shaker bottle; in a full liter, two sticks give you the Miami Vice flavor and a full 2,000mg of sodium for an afternoon in the heat.
Make it the night before. Fill it, shake it, put it in the fridge. Cold Miami Vice waiting for you at 6am.
What’s inside every stick
Real electrolyte doses for people who actually sweat. Clean label, nothing artificial.
Pink Lemonade ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium L-Threonate, Calcium Lactate, Malic Acid, Natural Flavor, Red Beet Powder (for color), Allulose, Stevia Leaf Extract.
Orange: same mineral base and sweeteners, with orange natural flavor and carotene for color.
Sweetened with allulose and stevia leaf, not sugar, dextrose or sucralose. No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Mixes clear with no chalky aftertaste.
Per bottle (2 sticks): 2,000mg sodium, 400mg potassium, 120mg magnesium, 80mg calcium, 0g sugar.
Same serious salt as LMNT. A better deal than either.
If you already believe in real sodium doses, the switch costs you nothing. If you’re coming from a sugar-based mix, it’ll change how you feel in the heat.

Questions
Is the bottle really free?
Yes. It’s the 1L glass swing-top bottle Mike is holding in the video, normally $19.99. When you order the kit from this page it goes in your cart and $19.99 comes off at checkout, on top of the bundle and subscriber discounts. No code to type.
What’s a Miami Vice?
The cocktail is half strawberry daiquiri, half piña colada. Ours is half Pink Lemonade, half Orange, in one bottle: two sticks per liter of cold water. Zero sugar, 2,000mg of sodium, tastes like a beach day.
Isn’t 1,000mg of sodium a lot?
It’s what you lose. Heavy sweating can cost you around 1,000mg of sodium an hour, which is why 500mg mixes can come up short on a hot day. If you’ve been told to limit sodium, check with your doctor first.
How does the subscription work?
Your kit ships every month at the 12% subscriber price. Skip a month, swap flavors or cancel anytime from your account. Your second shipment includes a free 15-stick variety pack.
